Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

We work within the UK and globally and therefore our CSR policy reflects this.

Within the UK

All employees feel passionate about different causes and therefore we encourage our employees to support the projects & charities that they feel most passionate about by providing them with 6 days CSR leave per annum on full pay.

For our regular clients we offer a charity project matching service, which is also great for team building! We make a contribution by providing services related to the matching, teambuilding sessions, etc. at half our normal rate.

In 2008 we worked with McFarlane Telfer, who provided commercial kitchen equipment and services to Thames Hospicecare.

We select one charity within the Berks, Bucks & Oxon area per year to provide 20 hours of consultancy services free of charge. These services can include HR, people development, charity strategy & planning...or any other support that we are qualified to provide.

Globally

We believe that access to education and decent healthcare services are the rights of all children, not just those in the developed world.

Our charity, OneLife for Education is looking for UK schools to partner schools in developing countries.

We are also looking for educators, medical professionals and companies to provide time, money or expertise to support our Smoking Kills! CAMPAIGN!.
